The room I booked was new-fashioned and warm and provided with the television, a large bathroom, for instance. Thanks to a friendly service I had a very nice stay. All the facilities were GOOD. The hotel had a very central setting close to Horgen train station. I tried some drinks at wine bar Wine & Jazz, located 5 minutes walk away.

The breakfast assortment is generally good, with delicious options such as salmon. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel is in a cute and cozy location, a short walk from the train station. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a unique style. The breakfast, though not extensive, offered high-quality items. Despite a few drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem located on a small square within the village. The historic building adds charm to the atmosphere, and the Italian coffee & ice cream shop next door is a delightful bonus. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with a good bed and linen for a restful night's sleep. The large bathroom and picturesque views enhance the overall experience. The highlight, however, is the breakfast, which includes amazing croissants and is conveniently included in the room rate.
All was perfect, nothing to improve.

Had an amazing Easter break in this beautiful hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the lovely and comfortable room, and were pleasantly surprised by the welcome basket of fresh fruit and the delicious breakfast. The location was key, as it allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area and take advantage of the stunning lake views. We also loved the nearby Korean restaurant and the short train ride to Lucerne.
That the pillows were feather, which went flat instantly and made it difficult to sleep comfortably. the room was a bit small, but that didn't detract from our overall positive experience at the hotel.

Highly recommend this charming hotel. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options every day. the staff were friendly and always ready to help. the location is perfect, close to supermarkets, train station, and ferry stop, making it easy to get around. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern amenities such as flat-screen TVs.
The lack of air conditioning made it challenging to sleep at night. Opening the windows for ventilation leads to noise disturbance from church bells ringing every 15 minutes, which can last for up to 10 minutes.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
